Alongside my advisory work, I have contributed directly to board-level strategy as part of the senior leadership team at SBC Skincare, aligning commercial priorities, operational delivery and global growth ambitions.
Before establishing my own consultancy, I spent more than twenty years leading teams, departments and strategic initiatives across FMCG, beauty and fashion brands, with responsibility for commercial performance, organisational development, transformation and cross-functional leadership.
This breadth of experience, combined with my Connectd Board Advisor certification, gives me a clear understanding of both the strategic challenges faced in the boardroom and the practical realities of delivering meaningful change across teams and organisations.
